The Art Gallery of Guelph has a rich history rooted in education and community. Housed in the beautifully restored 1904 Macdonald Institute building, the site served generations as a community school before opening as the Macdonald Stewart Art Centre in 1978. Renamed the Art Gallery of Guelph in 2014, it has grown into one of Canada's leading public art galleries. The Gallery Shop continues this tradition. Every purchase supports the Gallery's mission to inspire creativity, learning and a lifelong appreciation of the arts. Come visit us...the store just inside the door.
